Lisa Cichon, M.D.

Dr. Lisa Cichon grew up in Rochester, New York. She completed undergraduate and graduate school at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She earned her M.D. degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois.  She completed her residency in anatomical and clinical pathology at Duke University Medical Center in Durham North Carolina, and her fellowship in hematopathology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC.  During her fellowship she participated in studies of B cell dysregulation and its role in chronic graft versus host disease following allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. Since training she has worked in both community–based practice settings, Emory Saint Joseph Hospital as a staff pathologist, and reference laboratory settings, as a Hematopathology consultant.

Dr. Cichon is board certified in anatomic pathology, clinical pathology and hematopathology.
